Submit your film to Artist Foundry Utah Filmmaker Showcase

Utah Film Center's Artist Foundry is seeking short and feature films made by Utah filmmakers for consideration for various Utah Filmmaker Showcase screening programs throughout the year.

Utah Film Center’s mission is to connect people, stories, and ideas through the power of film.

The Artist Foundry is an artist support program of Utah Film Center which provides work/edit/meeting space, workshops, discussions with industry professionals, resources, networking, and community for Utah filmmakers. We are committed to supporting and uplifting these filmmakers including by helping them get their work seen and connected with.

Screening opportunities may include shorts collections with partner organizations such as Edison House, shorts before our feature Through the Lens or Black, Bold & Brilliant program screenings, or feature screenings as part of our new Utah Filmmaker Showcase series.

These screening events will focus on connecting Utah filmmakers with Utah audiences, giving filmmakers the opportunity to share and discuss their work and network with the local film industry, and giving audiences a way to engage with the compelling, provocative, and high-quality films being made by the Utah film community.

We welcome films from emerging and established filmmakers. We are particularly interested in films from historically underrepresented communities including womxn, LGBTQIA2S+, Black, Indigenous, POC, and disabled folks.
