Fourth Annual- Rising Star Grant

a funding opportunity that provides up to $1000 in material support to a project in any stage of development. Applicants must submit an artist’s statement, short treatment, and a sample budget. The film, when completed, will receive priority consideration for inclusion in IFF’s 2026 Official Selection.

Please note that grants are primarily intended for, but are not limited to, individuals from racial and cultural backgrounds that are underrepresented in the arts. First-generation and low-income students are also highly encouraged to apply. Applications are due by Monday, 3/31.
