2D Animator Wanted

Hello,
I am looking for a 2D animator to assist me in the independent production of a cartoon. The cartoon consists of 11 episodes, each running 15-20 minutes. I imagine it being animated in a similar style to Phineas and Ferb. I am hoping to air the first episode by mid July and release the following episodes regularly after that.
