ASUU and the Counseling Center have partnered together for an online workshop called “Movies for Mental Health” that will be held virtually on Wed. Sept. 23rd from 6pm to 7:30pm.

The purpose of the workshop is to destigmatize mental illness, increase dialogue about mental health issues among college students and provide information about the resources available to students both on and off campus. The workshop centers around 2 or 3 short films that focus on mental health concerns and includes small group discussions, skill building exercises to help with emotion regulation and wraps up with a panel Q & A.
