A Q&A with showrunner Marti Noxon

Marti Noxon established herself as an in-demand writer-exec producer on such series as “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Mad Men” and “Glee” before going out to create a string of acclaimed shows⁠— “Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce” (Bravo), “Dietland” (AMC), “UnREAL” (Lifetime) and “Sharp Objects” (HBO) among them. In 2017, she wrote and directed the feature film To the Bone, starring Lily Collins, which chronicles a young woman's struggle with anorexia nervosa. She is currently developing projects for Netflix under an overall deal.
