Tori Baker

She’s worked with Sundance Film Festival, CineVegas Film Festival, the Olympic Team Processing Center for the 2002 Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and most recently helming Salt Lake Film Society (SLFS), the resident art house cinema for metropolitan Salt Lake. Having served 12 years at SLFS, Baker has been instrumental in moving the organization into the digital age, starting community programs, venue remodels, and leading the organization to sustainable growth. When not serving the community as an arts leader, she enjoys reading, felting, spending time with her family and, of course, watching movies.

Tori Baker chose to study film at the University of Utah because she was always a creative thinking, someone inspired by the creative process, and wanted create a passion-based study for her education.
